I help owner-managed and private businesses across diverse industries with corporate and personal tax planning and services such as succession planning, estate planning, business acquisitions or sales. I provide advice on corporate structures to maximize tax-efficiency and flexibility.

Over 25 years, I have been working with my clients to help them maximize wealth and minimize tax so they can achieve their business and personal goals. I believe in spending time with my clients to truly understand their goals and needs.

I am actively involved in a local minor hockey league including coaching teams and various other roles. I was appointed as Treasurer for Big Brothers Big Sisters and currently I am a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. I spend summers at our cottage and engage in camping, boating, golf and downhill skiing with my wife and three teenage boys.
